Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, international shipping is not available.
Orders are processed promptly and released to our shipping partners as quickly as possible. Once an order has been fulfilled and picked up for shipment, it is considered in transit and can no longer be canceled or modified.

If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@choixskin.com
While we will always do our best to accommodate your request, we are unable to cancel or make changes once an order has been processed and handed off for shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand there may be occasions where a product isn’t the right fit.
We offer a 14-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered. If you change your mind, you may return your item for a refund provided it meets the requirements below.

All seals, inserts, and components must be intact
All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if it does not meet these conditions.

Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
